This policy explains how Lets Fix Group Ltd handles your personal information.
Who we are
Lets Fix Group Ltd
What we collect
When you contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, the address where work is needed, and details of the job. We keep records of quotes, work carried out and payments.
When you visit our website we collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and which pages you looked at.
Call tracking
We use call tracking on our phone numbers. This tells us which advert or page a call came from so we know what is working. Calls connect to our normal line and cost you no more than a standard call.
Google Ads and website analytics
We advertise on Google. If you arrive from one of our adverts, Google may set cookies so we can see that the advert led to an enquiry, and so we can show relevant adverts elsewhere. We also use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site. These cookies are only used if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time in your browser or through our cookie settings.
Why we use your information
To answer your enquiry, give you a quote, carry out the work, take payment, keep the records we are legally required to keep, and occasionally remind you when a service is due.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only where we need to: with Google for the advertising and analytics described above, with our call tracking and website providers, with any engineer or supplier involved in your job, and with our accountant. We may also share it where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs: around 12 months. Job and payment records: 6 years, as required for tax and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Just email us at [EMAIL]. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
